Katsu is served with Tonkatsu sauce or katsu sauce, which pairs perfectly well with the fried meat. To make katsu sauce, combine catsup, soy sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and red pepper in a small bowl and set aside. Made this last night and was a great success! Bahan dan Bumbu Chicken Katsu
- Kamu perlu fillet of Dada ayam.
- Kamu perlu 5 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Siapkan 4 sdm of tepung roti.
- Siapkan 1 butir of telur.
- Kamu perlu 2 sdt of garam.
- Ini 1 sdt of black papper.
- Siapkan 1 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- Siapkan of Saus.
- Kamu perlu 2 sdm of mayonase.
- Siapkan 2 sdm of saus sambal.
Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Then a couple of tsp of korma paste, tom pur??e, chicken stock, soy sauce and honey. - Marinasi ayam dengan garam, blackpapper & kaldu jamur selama 15 menit dalam chiller.
- Bumbui tepung terigu dengan garam, blackpapper & kaldu jamur.
- Masukkan ayam ke tepung terigu lalu celupkan kedalam telur & terakhir baluri dengan tepung roti lalu goreng dengan api panas.
- Untuk saus, campur mayonase dengan saus sambal. Jadi deh :).
