Katsu is served with Tonkatsu sauce or katsu sauce, which pairs perfectly well with the fried meat. - Siapkan of Bahan marinasi.
- Kamu perlu 500 gram of filet dada ayam.
- Kamu perlu 8 sdm of susu cair plain/full cream.
- Ini 2 sdt of garam.
- Kamu perlu 3 sdt of merica.
- Siapkan 2 sdm of royco/totole.
- Ini 1 of Pelapis.
- Ini 10 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Kamu perlu 3 sdm of maizena.
- Ini 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Kamu perlu 1/2 sdt of merica.

- Siapkan 1 butir of telur.

Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder. Then a couple of tsp of korma paste, tom pur??e, chicken stock, soy sauce and honey. - Potong dada ayam sesuai dengan selera, kemudian campurkan semua bahan marinasi dan letakan ke dalam wadah selama minimal 30 menit.
- Tips : jika tidak ada susu cair, bisa dengan menggunakan susu bubuk plain yg di cairkan, dan pada saat marinasi sedikit di tekan agar meresap.
- Siapkan bahan pelapis ke dalam 3 wadah berbeda.
- Keluarkan ayam yg sudah di marinasi, balurkan pada pelapis 1, lalu pelapis 2, dan kemudian pelapis 3.
- Tips : pada pelapis 3 sambil di tekan2 agar menempel lebih banyak dan ketika di goreng tidak lepas.
- Jika telah selesai, masukan ke dalam wadah tertutup di dalam kulkas dan diamkan sekitar 30 menit sebelum di goreng.
