- Kamu perlu 200 grm of tepung roti(bagi 2 untuk taburan dan adonan).
- Kamu perlu 150 grm of tepung terigu.
- Siapkan 2 sdm of maizena.

I even tossed in a homemade tonkatsu recipe as well as a nice spicy cabbage. Made this last night and was a great success! Although having read previous comments I used some of the ingredients from the 'lighter chicken katsu' recipe for the sauce. I fried off onions and garlic, added garam masala, garlic, turmeric and chili powder.
